SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed upon receipt. In-stock orders will be shipped within 1-3 days of order. You will be notified by email upon receipt of order and when your order has shipped. Please allow 2-4 weeks ship time for non-in-stock items and 4-10 weeks for furniture. You will be notified of an item’s status upon receipt of order. Please contact us with any questions of lead-time. Special orders and/or requests may require more lead-time. At this time The Rustic Country Barn ships UPS ground, motor freight and white-glove blanket wrap. UPS shipping rates will be calculated upon checkout. Motor freight charges and blanket wrap will be quoted as required.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Items can be returned in-store or via mail with proper receipt for full refund price of product until 15 days after receiving the product. Return shipping charges will not be refunded. Custom orders are non-refundable. All damaged items must be reported to shipper and The Rustic Country Barn upon receipt.

The Rustic Country Barn’s preferred method of payment is Pay Pal, MasterCard , Visa or Discover. ,We also except American Express.

SALES TAX

We charge 6.35% sales tax to all orders delivered to CT addresses.
